Facing Maine Charity Car Show!

Saturday: August 12th, 2017

Your love of cars is going to do some good!

WHY? Facing Maine a new charity nonprofit and first of its kind in our State to connect, support, and advocate for individuals and families with children affected by cleft lip and palate and craniofacial conditions living in Maine. We founded as a grassroots parent and family support group in 2011, launched as an organization in 2014, and received our 501c3 status in 2016.

WHO? Today, we are currently serving nearly 100 members and their families across the State and quickly growing as word is getting out about our cause and more babies (20-30) in Maine are born with cleft or facial conditions each year. In addition to that, we have 5-10 children adopted and 5-10 relocate each year in Maine living with a cleft or craniofacial condition. This does not include teens or adults who may need support or speciality care still too. That is a large community of people in our State that we want to ensure have the treatment, care, and support they need at any phase or stage in their journey. Most of our members are families that have children who are receiving a wide range of speciality care (i.e. multiple surgeries, feeding support, speech therapy) and much more!

Every penny you donate goes right back to helping families and members of FM and supporting our mission!

How? you might wonder? Well, there are plenty of ways to support and we need your help!

1) Register a show car

2) Spectators galore! Come on out and give those cars the attention and admiration they deserve.

3) Volunteer! There are lots of ways to help. Check out some ways below or contact us for more info!

4) Donations for prizes and giveaways are welcome! Make a donation or become a Sponsor and we will promote your business

5) Share our event with your family and friends! Social media makes it so easy :-)
