What they provide:  

Provides access to treatment for the birth condition of cleft lip/and or palate

 

Offers The Cleft and Craniofacial Family Assistance Program:

This program assists eligible families with gas mileage reimbursement, lodging, insurance, special feeding bottles, related to cleft needs.

Maine CDS: Child Development Services | Phone: 207-624-6600

What they provide:  

Provides both Early Intervention (birth through two years) and Free Appropriate Public Education (for ages three through five years) under the supervision of the Maine Department of Education

 

Screenings and evaluations are provided in order to identify children who are eligible for services or disabilities

​

CDS sites arrange for local services that include early intervention and special education and related services for eligible child from birth to age five and their families.

What they provide:

Provides information, referral, one on one telephone support, and training to parents of children with disabilities or special health care needs and the professionals who work with these families through numerous grant-funded projects.

 

Services are offered at no cost to parents and are available statewide.
